I sometimes soothe my agitated brain by spending time each morning creating small paper collages (these are 2 square); this book houses a collection of six collages that each use variations on one of the three primary colors - blue, red and yellow. This piece is a combination of two structures I learned from Hedi Kyle. One is a pivoting panel that, as learned from Hedi, relies on cuts and folds in cardstock to create pivot points. I've adapted it for use with rigid pages, substituting an inserted metal rod for the pivot point. The pages are bound with Kyle's Mongolian Binding, designed for binding rigid pages with dimension.
